Design and implement measurement and control systems for transmission and distribution gas facilities. Systems include piping, valves, closed loop controls, power sources, cathodic protection, and SCADA. Project Manager for Milpitas Terminal Rebuild Project. Designed Conceptual Controls for Milpitas Terminal.Introduced Distributed Controls to PG&E gas facilities.
Supervised installation of over 60 gas well subsurface safety valves at McDonald Island Gas Storage Field. Start-up Engineer for first remote electronic control gas facility.
